When I eventually progress to gameplay, the screen no longer refreshes when I drag the window off the screen, and cmd-W no longer works. During this time I can close the window using cmd-W, effectively quitting the game. While the screen is in this state, I can still see the cursor, and if I run over a button the cursor changes and I can click to progress to a new screen. However windowed mode allows me to drag the window off the screen and back on, forcing the screen to refresh. I tried to fix this by running in windowed mode, but the problem persists.
